تلقى اللواء محمد والى مدير أمن البحيرة إخطارًا بالحادث، وكشفت التحريات انه أثناء سير سيارة نقل على طريق الرحمانية، سقطت فى ترعة سمخراط.

أسفر الحادث عن وفاة كل من”محمد احمد العالم”، (56 عامًا)، و”محمد سعد عليان”، (40 عامًا)، و”محمود سعد عليان”، (41 عامًا)، و”بسام حبيب”، (20 عامًا)، ونقلت الجثث إلى مستشفى الرحمانية.
